Computer Aided Cab Design
New CAD designed ergonomic cab with increased visibility. A new dashboard layout utilises LED technology and has increased storage space incorporated. |
The latest cab design gives the driver the greatest all round visibility with enlarged side and rear vision panels. The new dashboard instrument layout allows the driver to keep the key instruments in sight at all times. The use of LED technology reduces the load on the battery, extending operating hours and long lasting LED lights reduce the frequency of bulb replacement, reducing maintenance times. The cab design and controls are common to four vehicles increasing driver familiarity and leading to less training.

Enhanced Steering and Suspension

The new lighter steering column with sealed bearings reduces the effort needed to steer and thus reduces driver fatigue. The new sealed bearings require less maintenance leading to less down time. |

The advanced load sensitive power steering system provides effortless steering via load sensing technology that only activates the power steering pump when performing turning manoeuvres. |
The efficiency of only activating the pump when needed reduces load on the battery over systems where the pump is in continuous use. This reduced load on the battery leads to longer working hours for the vehicle between charges. |

New Purpose Built Vehicle
The new T2000 Bin Mover has been specifically designed to move 1100 litre waste bins and has drawn on many years of experience and customer feedback to create a perfect match between vehicle and task. |
The tried and tested industry axle for moving 2 tonnes loads combined with the new chassis design gives the optimal power to weight ratio for moving large waste bins. The new front and rear suspension design give a smooth ride on flat or uneven surfaces and the very tight turning circle make it highly manoeuvrable. |
