Purpose built people mover for Airports and Railways
OCS a privately owned company offering property support services across a wide range of market sectors contacted us regarding a new passenger transport vehicle for use in UK airports terminals. The design brief was for a unique electric vehicle to meet strict passenger safety and comfort criteria.
Our design team working with the OCS team to created a vehicle that met all the criteria and budget requirements.
To date 45 have been built and are operational in several UK airport terminals.

Danish Railways Food Service Vehicle
DSB provides rail services within Denmark and contacted us requiring a vehicle to move food to and from trains. They required an electric vehicle that could manoeuvre in tight spaces below platform level and raise the food containers up to the loading door of a train.
A purpose built vehicle was manufactured to take a scissor lift with custom made ramps using T6 tow tractor running gear.
To date Danish Railways have purchased 25 vehicles through our distributor Rocla Danmark A/S

JCB Rubbish Collection
JCB the world's third largest manufacturer of construction equipment contacted us with a need for an electric vehicle that could be used for wheelie bin rubbish collection.
We took a standard FB3 flat bed vehicle and integrated a rubbish compaction unit and a hydraulic bin lift.

JCB have also commissioned another vehicle with bin-lift capability, this time with a rubbish collection hopper. On this occasion an FB2 vehicle was modified to take the collection hopper and the hydraulic bin lift.

Swan Paper Mills Paper Roll Mover
Swan Mill Paper Company is a market leader within the paper tableware manufacturing industry and contacted us about a purpose built paper roll transport vehicle. The vehicle was required to move paper rolls each weighing 5 tonnes.
Our T20 tow tractor was modified and extended to provide a custom built framework to accommodate the giant paper rolls.

Tuffnells Trailer Mover
Forkway Group are specialists in materials handling and as part of a project with Tuffnells, who specialise in business-to-business deliveries, were looking for a vehicle to move lorry trailers around the Tufnells depots.
The solution was an extended T20 tow tractor with an additional air braking system so the tractor would apply the air brakes of the lorry trailer.
