other manufacturers. This considerable investment is backed by our ISO9001: 2000 accredited systems.
A fully computerised stock system enables us to provide 95% of all parts within a 24-hour period. Our standard stock range
includes small items such as split pins through to complete drive axles. Export customers are afforded a same-day despatch service for orders placed by 14.00 hours UK time.
Batteries are critical to electric vehicles – recognising that sometimes several of these may need replacing together, quickly,
Bradshaw Electric Vehicles carries a considerable depth of stock of batteries.
Service Policy
Our service policy is simple: To keep your vehicles running, through proper, scheduled maintenance and should a breakdown occur, to restore your vehicle to working condition with the minimum
delay or inconvenience.
Our vehicles perform critical roles within many of our customers operations. Component failures can be expensive. To minimise
these, Bradshaw Electric Vehicles only use proven and reliable component sources.
Our selection and quality control standards are rigorous.
Our ISO 9001:2000 procedures include an annual quality
audit of suppliers - part of our commitment to an on-going improvement
in quality standards.
Service Network
Bradshaw Electric Vehicles now have over 50 UK service dealers. These companies are able to provide extensive support to
our customers throughout the country. Our service dealers comprise of the industry’s top engineers. Each dealership’s team of service
engineers runs a fleet of fully and specially equipped vehicles.
These vehicles carry diagnostic equipment, tools and commonly used service and spare parts. With these vehicles our engineers are
able to provide on-site maintenance and diagnose and repair where emergency support is necessary.
